Colossians 1:12-14 – “Always thanking the Father who has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to His people, who live in the light. For He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of His dear Son”
Meditation / Motivation
The life of the believer should always be filled with thanksgiving, given the magnitude of what has taken
place. This week let your heart and mouth be filled with thanksgiving. You have been enabled and
qualified to share in that which God has made available to His people. You have been enabled and
qualified to share in the victory of Christ. By His death, Christ has delivered and rescued you from
darkness and transferred you into light. Anything that represents darkness has no place in your life this
week!
Prayer / Declaration
Thank you, Father, for the great work you have done. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I declare, I
am a beneficiary of the Finished Work of Christ! My heart is filled with gratitude! My mouth is filled with
thanksgiving always! I declare, I share in the inheritance that belongs to the people of God! I share in
good health, I share in a life lived for the glory of God only, I share in the victorious life of Christ, I share
in all the victories of Christ! I have been delivered and rescued from the dominion of darkness! I have
been delivered from everything that represents darkness! I have been transferred into light. My life is
characterized by light! The experiences of my life are characterized by light, in the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ!
