Most assuredly means, this is a spiritual certainty. This is a reality in the realm of the spirit. Whoever, means the qualification required here. It doesn’t matter who you are, it doesn’t matter how many times you have failed prior, it doesn’t matter what has been said about you, what counts is, if you believe! The mountain may refer to any obstacle, difficult situation, or challenging circumstance you may be dealing with. The Spirit of God is saying, you should not be silent concerning the challenges of your life; you should speak to them. Your speaking has a lot to do with how things turn out in your life. Speak to the mountain and ask it to be removed! Now this is the key, “if you do not doubt in your heart.” The heart is the control center. If the heart if fully persuaded, there will be evidence. Scripture says, with the heart man believes – Romans 10:10. It also says, life flows out of the heart – Proverbs 4:20. Once the heart is persuaded and the mouth speaks, there will be evidence. This week, as you speak to every obstacle, challenge, or difficult circumstance you are dealing with, it will obey you and you will see a change
