Acts 3:2
“And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is Called Beautiful … Peter and John looked at him intently, and Peter said, “look at us!” The lame man looked at them eagerly, expecting some money. But Peter said, “I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk”
Meditation / Motivation
Maybe you have an area of “disability.” What is it that has crippled you? Maybe you need help in a certain area. The word used for the “gate beautiful” means, the right hour or season. It means a timely season, flourishing, blooming. This man was in his right season or hour. It was the right time for his breakthrough. It was his season to flourish and bloom. But ultimately, Jesus is the Beautiful Gate – John 10:9. So, you are sitting at the beautiful gate and yet you are crippled. You are seated with Christ, it is time to rise up. It is time to take action! It is time to be all that the Lord wants you to be. Rise up and be that. This week take action that will produce a significant change in your life!
Prayer / Declaration
Father, thank you for being my Helper in every situation. This is my season. This is the right time for me. I am flourishing in this season! I am blooming in this hour. My breakthrough is available! I declare, Jesus is my Beautiful Gate! My life is beautified by my union with Him! And since a gate is a place of access, I declare by the Lord Jesus Christ, I have access into everything I need! Because of my union with Christ, I rise up and walk! I am taking action, and I declare, I will see a significant change in my life, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
